1. Acceptance of Terms

Qurious ("the Service") is owned and operated by Queerus Connect Private Limited, a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U62013DL2026PTC468056), with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 214G, Khasra No. 113, Sawan Public School, South West Delhi – 110074, Delhi, India.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Qurious. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Pre-Launch Notice

Qurious is currently in development and operates a waitlist only. Features described anywhere on this site — including founding member perks, Quoins, and privacy controls — are pre-launch and may change before or after release. Joining the waitlist does not create an account or any entitlement beyond what we expressly confirm at launch.

5. Content Guidelines

Users are responsible for the content they post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Qurious and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qurious shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
